Q. Do you guarantee your work?

A. Yes. Simply put, if you’re not convinced that we delivered what we promised, we’ll come back and do it again – for free.

Q. IT Consultants are too expensive. Are you affordable?

A. We are budget sensitive, and have some of the most competitive prices in the industry. We know that different companies have different budget models and we are willing to work with you.

Q. Why would we need a “managed services” plan?

A. We believe in prevention, and we want to help keep your technology up and running, not capitalizing on a business disaster. Why wait until your network breaks down and it costs your double to fix it?

Q. Are your technicians geeks?

A. In some ways yes, however we speak your language. We’re going to explain it in English and you’ll be clear on what we’re proposing. You won’t deal with techno-speak and jargon.

Q. Are your technicians certified?

A. All of our technicians are certified professionals. We hire only the best, so we set the bar high. If they don’t pass our certifications, they don’t work for us.

Q. Do you provide detailed invoicing?

A. All our work is fully documented and presented to you. If you have any questions about the services performed, you have our guarantee that we will resolve your questions to your complete satisfaction.
